On-prem SharePoint vulnerability update
We are aware and have investigated the SharePoint vulnerabilities and confirm that Hyland is not impacted. Hyland uses Microsoft online solutions and does not use Sharepoint on-premise.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update our communication as may be necessary.
Oracle Breach
• We are currently tracking the data breach and confirm that we are not currently hosting anything in the Oracle cloud. The Hyland.com domain appears in the list as potentially impacted as we had an inactive demo account.
• The demo account has been taken down, and SSO/MFA has been disabled to prevent access. SSO accounts reset their Hyland passwords.
• Service levels and services have not been impacted.
• Data stored in the Hyland Cloud has not been impacted. The demo account only contained demo data supplied by the vendor when the demo environment was provisioned.
