Hyland leverages the Hyland Cloud Platform to deliver hosted SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, which include the OnBase, OnBase Accelerated Financial Reporting Management (AFRM), ShareBase, and Perceptive hosted products and modules.

• We are currently tracking the data breach and confirm that we are not currently hosting anything in the Oracle cloud. The Hyland.com domain appears in the list as potentially impacted as we had an inactive demo account.
• The demo account has been taken down, and SSO/MFA has been disabled to prevent access. SSO accounts reset their Hyland passwords.
• Service levels and services have not been impacted.
• Data stored in the Hyland Cloud has not been impacted. The demo account only contained demo data supplied by the vendor when the demo environment was provisioned.
