Hyland is aware of the reports of outages related to CrowdStrike https://www.crowdstrike.com/blog/statement-on-windows-sensor-update/ and has determined the following based upon a comprehensive analysis:
Hyland corporate systems do not utilize the CrowdStrike technology and therefore have not been affected. Hyland Cloud leverages CrowdStrike products however Hyland Cloud products are not impacted by this issue and customers should not expect any related service interruptions. Hyland security teams will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as may be required.
